Do you build custom PCs?
We do — bring your own parts or have us spec the whole thing. Gaming rigs, workstations, budget builds, full custom loops. We'll build it, cable-manage it and stress-test it before it goes home.
Will you work on my custom or water-cooled build?
Absolutely — that's our happy place. Custom loops, AIOs, big air, the works. We treat your build with the respect it deserves (and we won't judge the cable management... we'll fix it).
My PC won't turn on / no display — can you fix that?
Usually, yes. "No POST" can be power, RAM, GPU, the board or the CPU. We diagnose it to the actual faulty part instead of swapping things at random, then quote the fix.
Can you recover my files or upgrade my storage?
Yes. We handle SSD and NVMe upgrades, clone your old drive so you keep everything, and offer data recovery when a drive is failing or dead.
Do you remove viruses and reinstall Windows?
We do — full malware cleanup, plus a clean Windows reinstall when needed. We back up your data first wherever possible so you don't lose your stuff.
What about a Mac or a laptop?

How much does it cost?
PC repairs vary too much to post one price, so we diagnose first and quote up front — you approve before any work happens. No surprise invoices.
